Payment Policies

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. When the set up fee and the first month (or payment period) payment are received, we will set up your account and notify you. Each month (or payment period) after that, your payment must be received on or before the anniversary date of when your account was set up. Set up fees are non-refundable.

Web page packages and additional services need a 40% down payment before we will begin working on your web page. The balance must be paid within two weeks of when we are finished with your web page(s) and notify you.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. You will be notified before this happens. Payments that have already been pre-paid or are a 40% down payment will not be affected.

All payments must be made in U.S. currency.

Cancellation Policies

Amber Web reserves the right to cancel services at any time. All pre-paid payments will be refunded in the case Amber Web chooses to cancel its services.

You may cancel our services at any time and be refunded for the amount extending past the pre-payment of the current month.

Legal Purpose

Amber Web reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Our servers may only be used for lawful purposes. They may not be used in any way that would violate Federal, State, or Local laws. We prohibit the storing and any uses related to obscene or adult material.

Copyright Infringements

We will not be responsible for any copyright infringements. Images that you or your company have provided us to scan in as an image or graphic must receive the correct permission to have such an image or graphic on your web site.

Amber Web is not responsible for any damages your company may receive. We have not made any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost information, such as email going to a wrong address or other such happening.
